On-bill repayment of financing for energy upgrades and/or clean energy installations would allow low-income homeowners and renters to make energy improvements without having to provide any cash up front—a bank (or other) loan would be paid back through utility bills. Jamie Fine will speak about efforts to institute on-bill repayment and how that could impact utility ratepayers and clean energy jobs. Bring your questions and concerns.
When: Thursday, November 17, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
Where: 2nd Floor Conference Room, Central Historic Building, 436 14th St. (at Broadway), Oakland
Please RSVP: lcea-info@baylocalize.org (Light refreshments, no dinner!)
