Local Clean Energy Alliance Meeting

Last month, we released our policy platform document "The 21st Century Energy Greenprint for the East Bay". The "Local Clean Energy Now!" event at the Ecology Center was packed and a number of people stayed after the presentation to plug into our organizing, business outreach, and policy analysis activities.

To download or read the Energy Greenprint, visit http://www.localcleanenergy.org/resources/greenprint.

Now that we have our policy platform defined, we are beginning to develop campaigns for the key policies including Community Choice Energy and Energy Efficiency. In the June 12th meeting, we will have a BIG PICTURE discussion about framing our campaigns within PG&E's efforts to expand LNG and thwart public power and Community Choice throughout the state. We will also get updates from teams and report back on last month's event for those who were not able to make it. We look forward to seeing you thee.

Please RSVP to daveroom@gmail.com so we have an accurate count for food. Thank you!

Please forward to interested parties...
