LCEA Meeting/Oakland Energy & Climate Action Plan Workshop

This month we will have an hour to eat and catch up on recent developments in our campaigns for local clean energy in the East Bay before heading across the street for the first public workshop on Oakland's Energy and Climate Action Plan (7p in City Hall, Hearing Room 3).  This first meeting is focused on getting the public input on developing a criteria for selecting energy and climate actions. This is historic in that Oakland has never before involved the public in energy/climate decision making to this extent.  Kudos to Garrett Fitzgerald, Oakland's new sustainability coordinator. Join us.

We'll start out:
Thursday, October 9, 6:00 pm
2nd Floor Conference Room,
