Learn about solar electricity, solar water heating, wind power
and building energy efficiency
improvements from experts and local companies. See products and
live demos!

**Solar Water Heating Tours**
Tour 3 local solar water heating installations by biodiesel bus
or on your own.
Bus tours depart at 10:30 and 11:30 from Bandshell. First come,
First-served.
Please check in at the SF Environment table to reserve a bus
seat or get a map of tour sites.

**Green Energy Workshops**
Workshops will be held in the Board Room at the California
Academy of Sciences, adjacent to the Green Energy Fair area.

Learn about San Francisco's new program that will allow you to
receive easy financing for renewable energy, energy efficiency,
or water efficiency projects, and pay it back on your property
tax bill.

11:10am Energy Efficient Buildings
Find out how you can make energy-saving improvements to your
home or commercial building in order to shrink your utility
bills, increase indoor comfort, and reduce your carbon
footprint.

11:50am Solar Electric (PV)
Discover how a solar electric system can provide clean
renewable energy and save you money. Learn the basics of PV
technology, installation, and purchase options, such as direct
buys, group purchases, and power purchase agreements.

12:40pm Solar Water Heating
Learn about solar water heating, a proven and viable solution
to reducing your fossil fuel use, and how new state rebates
make it cheaper than ever to take advantage of this renewable
energy technology.
