Please join and support this youth led webinar hosted by our Rising Sun Youth Externs; AJ with the Local Clean Energy Alliance and Jayden with People Powered Solar. Learn more about the struggle for energy democracy in Puerto Rico and Richmond, California. 

Rising Sun Center for Opportunity youth, “Energy Specialists” do great work  in the Climate Careers program by administering energy efficiency surveys and install energy saving measures in homes throughout the Bay Area. The youth are then placed to work with host organizations to get hands-on experience working with community non-profit organizations like the Local Clean Energy Alliance and People Powered Solar Cooperative.
