Renewable Energy Certificates or RECs have been hitting the news recently and local clean energy advocates are asking themselves a basic question, "What the heck is a REC?"

To help us learn more about RECs, how they are used, and what this term actually means, please join the Local Clean Energy Alliance in a discussion with Alex Pennock, manager of the Green-e Energy program, the leading certification program for the voluntary REC market.
